Rockville, MD — August 3, 2022 —Avar Consulting, Inc. has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Through this contract, Avar will be eligible to bid on a variety of Data Analysis and Statistical Projects. Further, Avar will support the agency in a variety of areas including Sampling Design and Statistical Methods, Acquisition and Development of Data, Analysis of Complex Quantitative Data, and Development of Quality Tools.
