Rockville, MD 3/1/2023; Avar Consulting, Inc. (Avar) announced today that it has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) Institute of Education Sciences (IES) for the Procurement of Research Evaluation and Statistics (PRESTO) contract vehicle. Through this contract, Avar will continue to provide support to conduct surveys and evaluations that collect data and produce data products to support the mission critical needs of IES.
