With every ending there is a new beginning, and as the project for one of our clients came to an end this spring, our corporate office redeployed those valuable team members to the AMDEX headquarters in Silver Spring to support new clients, and rebrand and revamp our corporate website. They were previously a part of an extensive application development and site security management team specializing in Section 508/accessibility and secure coding practices. They wasted no time transferring that expertise as they immediately put their talents together and started renovating the AMDEX website.
“Our company has grown, and we have developed and cultivated numerous relationships across the many government agencies we have helped over the years. Our contracting staff have done outstanding and innovative work. Our clients have truly benefited from the experience!” says Maria L., who worked as a project lead at the Administration for Community Living (ACL), part of Department of Health and Human Services. Thus the concept of the AmdeXerience was born. With this in mind, we thought it would be a great time to refresh our brand to reflect who we are as we continue to look towards a future of delivering the highest standards of service to new and existing clients.
What’s the AmdeXerience? We thought you’d never ask! Our mission is in our name, Achieving More by Delivering EXcellence. It is more than a service that we provide … it’s an experience! Our team members are proactive, with innovative solutions, and our customer service is unmatched. Going forward, you will get a chance to read about the good work our people are doing as we highlight the AmdeXperience Award recipients.
The relaunch of the site isn’t just about a new brand appearance. It gives a better reflection of our core services and the values that our staff exhibit to the clients we serve. Heidi L., who served as the Section 508/accessibility lead at ACL and specializes in designing clean and responsive websites, says, “A lot of people take for granted the ability to read and use a website with ease. At ACL, we built sites for everyone, including those with disabilities.” Heidi took this same approach with the refresh of the AMDEX site. We hope that website visitors will enjoy the new site’s user-friendliness and accessibility, and that it is easily navigated by all.
“I am looking forward to continually adding fresh content to our website. Specifically our What’s Happening and Community Outreach sections. Our people are creating great AmdeXeriences and we have a lot of good things in the hopper to share. We want people to use the website not only to learn what we do, but as a resource, and a fun place to go to learn about our team members,” says Angela C., project manager from the ACL contract. Angela enjoys seeing ideas and work come together for the greater good of the projects and the teams she works with.
We hope that our site visitors enjoy the new look, feel and content of the refreshed AMDEX website. Please visit often as we will be constantly updating our content with helpful information, company announcements, community involvement, staff highlights, and client successes.
