AMDEX Awarded Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Call Center Service Contract in Atlanta, GA

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), has awarded AMDEX Corporation of Silver Spring, Maryland with the CDC Call Center Services contract for five years. The contract provides Call Center Management Services to include the operation of communication equipment used for triaging, switching, and transferring internal and external calls.
