AMDEX wins
another contract with USAMRMC. AMDEX announces that it
has been awarded another contract with The U.S. Army Medical
Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) to conduct human subjects
protection reviews. AMDEX is now working on nine contracts with
USAMRMC.

AMDEX on
Winning Team for DoD OUSD(I)
Award. AMDEX announces its partnership with Scitor Corporation to provide support across the full spectrum of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence) OUSD(I) organization to include policy, oversight, management, staff support, organizational and business improvement services, continuity of operations and administrative services and studies. AMDEX will also provide research, analyses, statistics, evaluations, studies, assessments, and other activities to support OUSD(I) decision-making.

AMDEX on CACI Team for GSA Alliant Award.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has selected 29 firms for award under the Alliant contract. AMDEX
is pleased to announce it is on the winning team for CACI. The
contract has a 5-year base with one 5-year option and is valued at
$50 B. Alliant is a Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that
provides federal government agencies a centralized source to acquire
integrated Information Technology (IT) solutions worldwide. The
contract vehicle is open to all federal agencies and provides
streamlined access to a broad range of management and technical
support services, enabling total and complex IT solutions to be
acquired under a pre-competed multiple award, indefinite delivery,
indefinite quantity (MA/IDIQ) contract.

AMDEX wins ICE Contract.
AMDEX Corporation announces SAIC partnership to support the Office
of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), US Immigration and Customs
Enforcement (ICE). AMDEX Corporation and SAIC will provide IT Field Operations. AMDEX is providing the Desktop, Network, and LAN Engineering, as well as Network Administration support portion of the contract. The team will support more than 19,000 end users at more than 550 sites worldwide, helping the following ICE offices focus on their mission: Office of Investigations (OI), Federal Protective Service (FPS), Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), Detention and Removal Operations (DRO), and Office of Intelligence (Intel). President and CEO Devinder Singh is delighted to announce that US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has awarded the Silver Spring firm a contract to support its mission. AMDEX will partner in this effort with SAIC.
Ms. Singh says, “The SAIC/AMDEX team offers the US Immigration and
Customs Enforcement an incomparable combined corporate capability to
provide assistance for ICE. We are very excited to be working with
SAIC on this important endeavor."

AMDEX wins DHHS Contract.
AMDEX President/CEO, Devinder Singh is pleased to announce that
Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/Program Services
Center has awarded the Silver Spring firm a contract to develop
the agency's new Talent Resource Center (TRC). AMDEX will
partner in this effort with Deloitte Consulting, LLP. According
to AMDEX's Vice President of Operations, Gene Kelly, the goal is
to "enhance the agency's ability to source, hire, and bring new
staff on board quickly with a higher level of job suitability
for mission-critical occupations."Þ

Sandeep Kumar Bharal promoted to Assistant
Controller. Sandeep joined AMDEX in January 2006 as the
Contracts Administrator. In his new position as
Assistant Controller, he will summarize and forecast company
business activities. Sandeep will also prepare and maintain the
company budget, review financial statements, and advise
management on cost proposals and taxes. Sandeep will provide
information for audits, prepare information for regulatory
agencies, and coordinate the month- and year-end closing
process. Sandeep holds a degree from Shannon College of
Management in Business and Hospitality Management. He also
completed the Professional Development Program at Cornell
University and is currently working towards an MBA from Hood
College.

Eugene Kelly promoted to Vice President of
Operations. Gene joined AMDEX in March
2004 as the Executive Director of Operations. He will be
overseeing all the activities in account operations for the
company and will be identifying new business opportunities in
our operating accounts. Gene holds an Engineering degree from
the US Naval Academy and an MBA in accounting from the
University of Missouri.Þ

Brian Ginyard promoted to Recruiting
Director. Brian joined AMDEX in September 2005 as a
Recruiting Manager. In his new position as Recruiting Director,
Brian manages the Technical Recruiter and the Recruiting
Assistant. Brian also tracks account statuses, manages vendors,
trains employees, and participates in the gathering and analysis
of requirements. Additionally, Brian participates in developing
proposals and is part of the AMDEX Process Improvement Team and
Special Projects Office. Brian attended the University of
Maryland, where he majored in Business Administration.Þ

business; Mann joins business development team. AMDEX
President/CEO, Devinder Singh is pleased to announce that
Charles Mann has joined the Silver Spring, Maryland IT services
firm as Manager of Business Development. Mann brings more than
10 years of federal/private sector business development
experience to the Silver Spring IT firm. Using the company's
numerous contracting vehicles, Mann's role will be to create
business opportunities primarily with federal agencies in the
area of Information Technology Services and Management and
Professional Services. Prior to joining AMDEX, Mann was Director
of Business Development and Project Management for a federal
outsourcing firm located in Silver Spring, Maryland.Þ

provide services to the National Data Center, Operations Center
(NDCOC) for US Customs and Border Protection. AMDEX is
pleased to announce that it has been awarded the "Computer
Operations, Technical, and Environmental Support Services for
the National Data Center (NDC)" contract. The
contract, which was awarded through the Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is for
support services and materials to assist CBP in its efforts to
maintain, operation, and perform various functions within their
National Data Center, Operations Center (NDCOC).Þ

AMDEX announces a contract award to provide
services to the US Census Bureau's Automated Export System (AES).
AMDEX is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the
"Automated Export System (AES) Programming Support" contract.
The contract was awarded through the US Census Bureau's Foreign
Trade Division (FTD) and is for support and services in the
development, programming, implementation, and maintenance of
AES. AMDEX will assist the AES in developing and maintaining
existing and new subsystems, possibly including migration for
the AES system to a future environment.Þ

Ms. Kathy Furnas was recently promoted to Director of HR. She joined AMDEX as HR Manager and Facility Security Officer (FSO) on September 8, 2003. AMDEX named as subcontractor on TIPSS-3. Unisys Corporation has been awarded the TIPSS-3 IDIQ contract and has named AMDEX as a subcontractor. TIPSS-3 provides a contract offering for a full range of information technology support services to support the Department of Treasury, Department of Homeland Security and other Federal agencies.
