Mid and Sr. Level programmer positions available with our Atlanta team leading a data migration from Sharepoint to a SQL-based database. 

Qualified applicants must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven individuals who can learn quickly and work well within a fast-paced environment and who have good interpersonal as well as time-management skills.

Experienced technical lead/systems programmer required to help the CDC Office of Health Preparedness and Response (OPHPR) migrate a clinical inquiry system (now contained in SharePoint System) to the Emergency Operations Management System (EMOS), which will mitigate the size and search capabilities of SharePoint.  Enhance an associated interface to help researchers sort and filter data. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a phase migration plan and target architecture, and oversee the migration to be completed in one year. Ensure traceability to all requirements and interoperability with existing interfaces.
  • Responsible for the development full lifecycle documentation as prescribed by the HHS EPLC and collaborating with the Computer Security Systems Specialist to support the Security Assessment and Authorization.
  • Will support the development of new clinical inquiry system capabilities as required by the customer. 
  • Will conduct data migration, testing, quality control and the development of full HHS EPLC systems lifecycle documentation. Requires skill in SharePoint, HTML 5, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL.

Experience: 

  • Requires expertise in SharePoint, HTML 5, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL to migrate the clinical inquiry system to EOMS. 
  • Experienced in gaining Authority to Operate (ATO)
  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field and 4-6 years Computer Systems Analyst experience is required.
