As a part of our overall program and project management service offering we’re seeking experienced schedulers interested in a dynamic environment rich with opportunity for professional growth through on client site service delivery as part of a team that includes senior master schedulers, other PMPs and career program management professionals. Scheduling with our clients is one of the most important business support functions to the client’s executive leadership. Always highly visible and highly time-sensitive, often with extra oversight attention, our clients’ programs present a challenge for even the most experienced project management professionals. Building, managing, and maintaining schedules with a rich combination of business functions, IT systems development (Agile and waterfall), and product development content is all in a day’s work for our teams. As a Scheduler, you will have direct access to and a daily working relationship with client points of contact and you’ll learn as much as you can about their scope to provide the most precisely aligned project management products from the schedules you work on. You’ll be an integral part of a project management team, delivering expert consult across the full spectrum of PM disciplines.


  • Develop, manage, and maintaining large and complex project schedules, using Microsoft Project (Project Server Enterprise products)
  • Take lead on the updating/status of program and project schedules. 
  • Support preparing project progress reports and adhoc schedule reports and information.
  • Help develop schedules and perform quality checks against scheduling standards
  • Support schedule baselining processes
  • Support Earned Value calculation, analysis, and reporting
  • Maintain project schedules to reflect actual and projected performance, perform schedule analysis to identify risks and performance issues. Support schedule baseline change documentation and change implementation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 10 years overall experience 
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Project Controls or Project Scheduler role
  • PMP or PMI-SP, Project Server Certification desired
  • Microsoft enterprise tools, especially Project Server 2010/2013 and SharePoint
  • Knowledgeable in resource loading and EVM
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, in a professional setting, with support to senior management and/or as a PM consultant
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident for 2 Years+; must have the ability to pass Government suitability access requirements
