SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT
The Systems Development Group consists of four departments and develops hardware and software solutions that were defined during the requirements analysis phase.

• Information Systems (IS) Management
  The IS Management department designs and supports both PC-based and mainframe Information Systems, including Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN).
   

• Systems Development
  In the Development Group, personnel perform Systems analysis and cost-benefit analysis to determine the client's needs. AMDEX Software Engineers are familiar with many platforms and can develop systems that operate on mainframes, micro computers, minicomputers, and the Web.
   

• Program Services
  Program Services offers a wide variety of support for various client needs. Our professionals provide design and administration, data collection, data analysis, research, data entry, technical writing, report writing and publication logistics coordination services.
   

• Quality Assurance (QA)
  The QA Team is responsible for establishing system design and testing plans to ensure a high level of quality and reliability in the products AMDEX develops for our clients. Specific project requirements are established within the scope of the quality assurance program, and testing is conducted by experienced quality assurance engineers under the direction of the Quality Assurance manager. QA carefully tests each system to ensure reliable system connectivity, telecommunications, and system performance.

IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE (I&M)
The I&M Group installs and maintains PC-based, mainframe and Web-based information systems. They also provide system administration support for LAN, WAN, mainframe, Web and data security systems. I&M also prepares required manuals and training to end-users.

AMDEX has extensive experience in the development of integrated systems and office automation projects, especially in network, mainframe and Web environments. We provide support at all phases of the system development life cycle, from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, installation, operation, support and maintenance.
