Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience working with organizations to coordinate the ISO-9000 or CMM level certification efforts. This includes coordinating training efforts and documentation of activities. 

 

Functional Responsibility: Working independently the Process Improvement Coordinator will plan, coordinate and track process improvements within an application.  Additionally, the Process Improvement Coordinator will have knowledge of Software Engineering Institute/ Capability Maturity Model (SEI/CMM) to include all Key Process Areas (KPAs) and further will have had previous participation in CMM Improvement Processes (IPs) and or assessments, as well as experience in software development and leading teams with diverse memberships.  The Process Improvement Coordinator should also have experience working under government contracts and have strong verbal and writing skills. Minimum of 10 years experience.

Minimum/General Experience:  Must have demonstrated experience in application software development in systems analysis and technical lead to a team of senior analysts and senior programmers. Also has a good understanding of the business or function for which the application is being designed. Eight years experience.

 

Functional Responsibility: Devises or modifies the procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. May be involved in related areas such as database design/management, evaluation of Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, and analysis of network hardware/software issues. May direct the work of other systems analysts and programmers.  

 

Minimum Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in a field applicable to this position or equivalent.
